Family History Centers in Delaware: Family History Centers are associated with the Family History Library in Salt Lake City, and have access to its large collection (over 2 million rolls of microfilm) via a special loan arrangement. Family History Centers also have the International Genealogical Index, Ancestral File, and the catalog of the Family History Library's holdings. Delaware: The First State: The official website of the state government of Delaware. Vital Records (Births, Marriages, and Deaths): Information on obtaining records, courtesy of the Delaware State Archives. Delaware Public Archives: Features an online guide to censuses, vital records and Civil War documents for the state, as well as some online transcriptions of county probate records. USGenWeb Project -- Delaware: Information on Delaware genealogical research. USGenWeb Project Archives: Delaware: Transcriptions of original source material from the state of Delaware, arranged by county. Delaware Maps: In the Perry-Castaņeda Library Map Collection of the University of Texas at Austin. 1895 Atlas of Delaware: Alphabetic listing of towns in the state, with maps. Delaware Genealogical Society: A statewide group with an active membership supporting a number of genealogy projects. Delaware Families Project: A cooperative effort in which genealogists coordinate their shared research objectives. Historical Society of Delaware: Founded in 1864, with both an excellent research library and a good museum of Delaware history. Jewish Historical Society of Delaware: Where you will learn about the collections, publications, and history of this Wilmington-based society. Edward H. Nabb Research Center for Delmarva History & Culture: Federal census records for Maryland (1790 through 1920), copies of local probate records, plantation accounts, assessments, cemetery records, deeds, orphans court records, indentures, diaries, naturalization procedures, marriage records, and a number of other valuable resources. Delaware Genealogy Forum: A message board where family historians can share data on their Delaware family trees. Delaware Civil War History Project: Introduction to Delaware's role in the War Between the States.
