Your username should be your email address, or the letters/numerals preceding the @ in your email address so that you can more easily remember it, and its also unique to you. Your password can be any combination of letters and numerals you choose, and we recommend 6 or more characters.

Click on the "Member Login" button near the top of every page. If you are unable to login using your "Username" and "Password", click on the "Forgot your Password?" link below the "Login" button. The "Forgot your Password" page prompts you to enter the E-mail address you gave us when you first registered. Enter the address and we will send an email message with your "Username" and "Password" - if you are registered in our database.

If, after being sure you have the correct Username and Password, and you have previously registered with the Everton Website, you still cannot login - call us at 800 443-6325 and we will assist you.

You must register as a member of the Everton Website to be able to purchase publications, products and services from our online store (Products & Services on the toolbar) or to access the numerous free sections, features, articles, tips, etc. on our website, or to receive the Newsline.

Once you have registered as a member, you then may choose to join to the Everton Library Online, which is a comprehensive collection of valuable, extremely helpful online research resources available for both amateur family researchers and professional genealogists (click Products and Services, the Everton Library Online, then product descriptions for detailed descriptions). The Everton Library Online will steadily ad the content of books, newsletters, documents, maps, pedigree charts, etc., from the vast Everton Genealogical Library (60,000+ volumes) as available resource material for members. When you join the Everton Library Online you will also receive a subscription to Everton’s Genealogical Helper.

Yes you can login with that same username and password. But no you will not have the same access to services as you had with FHN. The current "Everton Publishers" is a completely different company from the Family History Network (which went out of business). The customer database is the same so if you have registered before, or purchased products from the FHN company, you may use the same username and password. If you were not a previous customer of the FHN site, then you must register with the current company - "Everton Publishers".

Either way in order to access the "Everton Library Online" you will need to purchase an "Everton Library" membership. It’s easy, and there are many, many benefits when you subscribe.
